Finally got my butt moving to find a temp job today..visited a couple of agencies..ermm. actually only 2..haha.. the bigger ones la.. adecco and kellySvcs.
Went Kelly first and when I was in adecco, straightaway got job offer from Kelly liao. Sianz. I was, of coz, very happy, but when I heard the per hour pay..like… “ $6.50-$7 /hr… you ok with it?” … I had to be thick skinned abit and try to beat around the bushy bush about my 2 years working experience, and asked her to negotiate for me.. not forgetting to say that if cannot increase pay, I’ll still gladly consider… *urgh..slapped myself in the face totally.* think they’ll prob come to me said the negotiation failed..without trying. Haha.. whatever.. so lame..cool man.
… come on lor, when I was temping during schooling days, that was what I got too.! Understandable coz I didn’t have working experience then… now got working experience also same pay meh??! Ya..although it’s still temp.. but shouldn’t we be considered higher class temps now that we’re better prepared and all trained to work our butts off and more well equipped to handle office politics and at the same time, display our skills at getting other departments to do what we need them to do….. fast.
Doshite lower-paying jobs are always so eager to employ.. when I was looking for perm jobs, like…almost zero really got back to me. Dim gai ah.

Btw, the OmU Rice @ taka food court level is super oishii.. though I wished the rice could be hotter (as in temperature ‘hot’)… it’ll b perfecto ne! mo yasui .. tabe nakereba narimasen!
