TGIWGGTBTH

TGIWGGTBTH! Stands for =>> Thank God It’s Wed GoinG To Be Thurs!!

TGIF shouldn’t be restricted to Fridays…we can change it to TGIM, TGIT, TGIW, TGITH. Makes sense la…we’re thanking god that Monday is here, so that Tue can be here. Then soon, Friday will come along. If there’s no Monday, then Friday will never come. Hmm.. but then again, if there’s no Monday, the day will stop on Sunday which will be even better! No need to work at all!…

That day I was waiting for the traffic light to turn green so that I can cross the road. But it took abit too long so I just crossed after seeing that there were no oncoming traffic.

Halfway there I looked up and saw a policeman looking at me a distance away.. shucks.. it was a police station lor. Jaywalked in front of a police station. Best. After hearing how maria got fined for jaywalking that day, can’t help but felt a bit uneasy.. haha. Never knew they were so strict in catching jaywalkers lo.. Jaywalking is relatively harmless to me. I wouldn’t even consider it an offence, even though so, just a small one which should be just served a warning letter or something. Sometimes, the traffic lights are built too inconveniently far from our destination and the only sane way to get to the other side is to jaywalk

I mean rules are there, and we all know jaywalking is wrong but never expected that they’ll really enforce it. That’s Singapore law enforcement for you!

Well, glad to say I wasn’t the only one. When I was on my way back crossing the same junction, I saw Lee Si Song…or Wei Song..( I still can’t differentiate them.. the betterlooking one who  discovered yanzi).. ok..i think it’s WeiSong. He was impatient too and jaywalked. Haha. Anyway, I turned back and saw the same policeman looking at him (or was it an illusion due to guilty conscience). But guess it’s not within his scope of work to book people for jaywalking so he didn’t care. Btw, WeiSong had purple and white streaks on his fringe which looked pretty cool.

Qian Bian Wen Da Ti: Who walks and is a crime?
