April fOoL's day..~

Not much music and sound from me coz I was away at the chalet with ahmad, maria, babu and their tian mi mi-s (if applicable).

It was at aloha loyang, a chalet meant for civil servants’ booking only. Huge. With 4 bedrooms, each with attached toilet and bathroom! Coolz. Think that’s important coz I dun really like to share a small bathroom with many many people. Especially those small, squeezy, wet toilets with the floor engulfed with hair…eeeks.

I got this jie2 pi4 thingy about stepping on wet, foreign floors (foreign: defined as any other floors other than the floor in my house). Subconsciously I’ll tiptoe all the way till I reach dry, clean ground. That’s why I don’t think I’ll adapt well to hostel life or be able to stay in those budget hostels when traveling. But if I have the option of wearing my slippers everywhere then that’s a different story. Heh.

Sorry..digressed too much. Yess.! The toilets are clean except with an occasional xiaoqiang passing by.

Such a waste coz I couldn’t play at wild wild wet due to personal reasons (ahem) and couldn’t go escape also coz of the rain. Urghz. So basically, it was lots of pigging out and couch potato-ing with the fun of exchanging thought-provoking, debatable conversations in between the commercial breaks. Haha. Played the good ole UNO game and UNO stacko as well.

Here I must mention, we played UNO stacko for a record breaking time of 1 hour 15 min!! The tower looked so precarious you wouldn’t believe it…till finally, babu ended the game in honour and with grace. We all did super well lo! Maria..see la.. you missed all the fun…who ask u go home so early. Heh.

Forgot to mention that we had curry fish head for dinner at changi village..yummy.. with moments in in the dark due to a short circuit in the KPT (aka.kopitiam). Dessert was DIY MUG root beer with vanilla ice-cream..

1 am was when we retired for the day. Tsukaremashita ne!!

After a brunch at Tampines mall, naz wanted to go home but I suggested to watch a movie. Shucks.! Shouldn’t have suggested… naz wanted to watch Ice Age 2 which I violently objected and we even put up a little drama which looks like the scene of a kidnap, near the ticketing counter with him dragging one of my arm and me struggling to go the other direction, away from the counter. The point is : I don’t want to watch Ice Age 2!!

Anyway, the kidnap was successful in the end (sighz…urghzzzz!) and I found myself sitting in front of the screen watching a mammoth, tiger (or what seemed like a tiger) and a weird looking raccoon (or what seemed like a raccoon) making jokes which aren’t at all haha-funny. ..the weird thing is that naz LOVED it. ..not like leh. LOVE leh.

the only good thing about the movie i guess was that i managed to catch up on some lost sleep due to the chalet... i slept like 1 hour plus straight. applause!!!
