raining mao1 and gou3~

the common topic which everyone was talking about today in office, in toilet, in the lift and in the train… r.a.i.n. as in xia4 yu3 .not the slitty eyed Korean singer. Okie..abit leng3. ANYWAYZ, ya! The rain! Saturday went east coast for zhen’s bday “party”. It was such a wrong venue and time man. The trip there was already so agonizing having to  walk in the drizzle and then carry drinks and chips as part of our potluck contribution. And east coast isn’t exactly near. Reached there and time flew past pretty fast and before we all know it, we’ve spent like 3-4 hrs sitting at the hawker centre hut @ east coast lagoon food village, lazing around and chatting and eating… nothing but chips and more chips. It definitely was a successful potato chips potluck party lor. You name the chips, we have it. Haha. Was good to see becca though. Watashi no long-distance fren ne.

the rain stretched into Sunday..the whole of Sunday in fact. Scary and cold. Wanted to cancel my suki appointment with naz liao but still went in the end la. Guess the buffet attraction was overpowering.. f.o.o.d. had what seemed the wettest and longest walk from somerset MRT to cineleisure.. then stuffed our faces in suki and then tried to walk around orchard abit, but it seemed impossible. So I went home shortly while naz went for some meeting.

The only thing good was that I can feel really cool (without aircon) for once. But I feel cool but very sticky coz of the humidity I guess. So it’s not really that good also. Sighz.

Work was hectic today. no time to go toilet or drink water as usual. And OT 1 hour. Shucks. I vow not to OT as much as possible. But it seemed impossible. And I really do my work super fast liao and I can’t understand why I still OT.. just like all my colleagues also wakaranai why they keep doing OT also.
