Nothing to selamat about

As you all probably know, I just started on my new job and I really got lots to complain. Haiz. Oh..wait. should I complain openly here…. Seen reports that the employee or teacher sacked due to them complaining about their employer or school in their blogs…hahah.. ok la.. jus briefly k.

Maybe I’ve nua abit too much in all my previous jobs or I’ve not done much admin stuff before..or rather that much admin stuff b4. so now trying to get adjusted to it…processing requests and stuff.. sighz. Training was slipshod and I haven’t even gone for proper products training yet and they’re expecting me understand everything about the products. Well, I dun care…when I don’t know anything I’ll jus ask ignorantly. When they explain stuff to me, they go like
“ya.check that screen lor..that one.Qxxx” .
.i’ll ask “ ermm..wat’s Qxxx?” ..
“to process the xxxx first before u can do xxxx”
“process wat first? Then do what?”

all the xxx are foreign words to me..never heard it in my whole life. Think they should instill a proper training system to train newbies. sucks when I let them check and countersign my work and it got thrown back at me coz there was still a mistake and they approved it.

Well, the work culture there is weird… something which I really need to “keep my mind open” (that’s what I’m always reminded about at work..tssk.) about. It’s only been about 2 weeks but already got never ending pile of papers on my desk already. Looks like I gotta adjust myself to the alien concept of “OT”.

Waiting to get my employee pass to access the California gym… but looking at my colleagues (figure +character+work nature), I see no kakis at all. Even when I asked my sup about the gym facilities, she told me frankly the people here don’t like to go gym one. And I already see why.
