ur card has been compromised!!

...wondering if the invention of credit cards has created more convenience or fear. news just reported that there's massive loss of credit cards info over the net and many singaporean card accts are affected.. the flood of calls just ended ..phew..no time to even go toilet lor..with leader screaming, " guys..calls in queue..! .. pls clear calls!"..wah lau..as if she/he keep shouting the calls will disappear...

tech so advanced now we can spend now n pay later..use cards for almost everything and anything..accumulating and checking those pathetic rewards points to redeem for coffeemakers or vouchers become part of their daily routine...quibble with us for a pathetic $5 famous amos voucher at 11.30pm and refuse to hang up till 2.30am (he couldn't accumulate enuff pts and now begging us to GIVE him points to top up..), emphasizing that it's the principle and not that he's begging for the voucher.what do u say? ... btw,the customer refused to hang up and my friend told him, "sir, u might want to catch some sleep as the managers are not available now to take your call at 1am.." power.. i like! ..but he still hung on..whatever...keep cool..customer service k.. m(^_^ll) m

people who use their cards till they can't pay their bills...interests snowballing and lodge complaint that collections were harsh on them when asking for payment... i do not know what to make out of that.. well..all kinds of people exists and i guess this is the minute little part about my job that makes it ...hmm.at least not so boring (i wouldn't use the word " interesting"also).
think too many calls just now..a call came through and i greeted in english (when it showed a mandarin call), good morning (when it's 10pm), then correct myself, greeted "good afternoon" (when it's still 10pm)... and finally, greeted "good evening" (correct timing but still in english)... followed by "how may i assist you?" in mandarin... wahhaha..real bilingual rite.
doesn't help that my ruth beside me kept laughing at me and i couldn't stop giggling as well..

aiya..talk too much...knocking offfff! bubbye!
